Q: What if I order something and then when I get it I don't like the way it fits?

A: We gladly offer a FREE shipping exchange on any item as long as it has not been washed or worn within 30 days of purchase. We are Proud of our 100% Customer Satisfaction Rating.

Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.A.?

A: YES, KING CAT DELIVERS TO EVERY COUNTRY ON PLANET EARTH. In fact, King Cat specializes in International Shipping. Customs, Documents, Etc. are NOT a Problem.

Note: We will also begin delivering outside of Earth if and when intelligent life is discovered on other planets.

Q: How will I receive my merchandise?

A: All continental United States and Canadian orders will ship First Class, Airmail Post or Priority through The United States Postal Service. Orders of only pins, patches, and/or stickers under $20 shipping will be billed the minimum shipping and handling fee of $5.95 so it is strongly suggested that you shop around to make the most of your King Cat shopping experience.

Q: How do I pay with a credit card?

A: All credit card transactions are processed on-line through the PayPal.com SECURE server and processor. If you are not comfortable using your credit card for online purchases please mail a check or money order instead to the address listed on the web "shop" page.

Q: Can you send my King Cat merchandise to a Post Office box?

A: Yes, King Cat regularly delivers merchandise to customers at their P.O. Box. However, for your information, Fed Ex and UPS WILL NOT ship to a P.O. Box. If you must use a post office box please print or type your billing address is a PO Box and put the PO Box billing address in the regular address field and in the special instructions section of the checkout page put the street address where UPS can deliver your order. Off-continent U.S. orders and International orders can be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Q: What if an item I order is out of stock or has been discontinued?

A: We will try to contact you for alternative selections. If necessary we will return a KING CAT gift certificate, credit slip or a check. If you mail in your order please be sure to list alternate items that you might want in place of your primary ordered items and a valid email address that you check regularly and/or phone number in case we need to contact you.

Q: How will I know if you have any questions regarding my order or how will I know that you received my order and that everything is okay?

A: Check your email a few hours after you place your order and continue to check it up to 1 to 2 days after you submit your order. If we have any questions or need to relay any information or questions concerning your order we will contact you by way of email. If you do not have email, please provide us with a phone number and best times to reach you and we will contact you by telephone.

Q: Who will call me or email me?

A: Only authorized King Cat personnel will contact you and we will NEVER share or sell your contact information with anyone EVER.

We DO NOT recommend that you send cash. If you do send cash, you are sending it at your own risk. If your CASH order is lost in the mail there's nothing we can do about it. Only you can file a complaint and investigation through the U.S. Postal Service or your own countries Postal Service. As is recommended above the best thing to do is send in a check or mail order. Money orders can usually be purchased at a store, market or check cashing facility for under $1. One-dollar.

Q: What are shipping and handling fees used for?

A: The shipping charge goes toward the cost of the box and/or packing materials as well as the labor for someone to process, pack and complete all documentation related to your freight as well as to fees involved with shipping your order to you. You will also notice that you are NOT ever charged ANY taxes. King Cat takes care of everything for you so you are actually saving a considerable amount of money.

Orders usually ship within 48 hours (allow an extra 2 days for weekends and holidays). Please allow 10 days to receive your item.

Q: What happens if I order an item and it is either discontinued or out of stock?

A: If an item is on BACKORDER we will notify you which item we are waiting for along with an approximate date when the item will come back in stock. Items that are in stock will be sent to you as soon as your payment has cleared.

If you want us to send part of your order now and all BACKORDER items when they come in we will have to charge you shipping for 2 packages. We do not BACKORDER items under $7 (pins, patches and stickers) and we do not backorder items that will be out of stock longer than 1 month. If you receive your order and it is missing items then most likely this is the reason. Check the items in your package with the items listed on your web order confirmation from PayPal.com to see exactly what you were charged for.

We do our best to keep the site updated, but because all King Cat merchandise is limited edition and custom; sometimes merchandise available go in and out of stock quickly. Please list all acceptable alternatives in the "message" section of the checkout page. If you do not list any alternate choices we will automatically place that item on back order and ship it to you separately about 15 days later.

Q: Can I order using my nickname?

A: When ordering by CREDIT CARD you must give us your real name and the name on the credit card. Nick names are cool but we can't ship your order to an alias.

When ordering by CHECK or MONEY ORDER please make your check payable to GAT INTERNATIONAL. Please DO NOT endorse/sign the back of the check. The space on the back is for KING CAT to stamp when we receive your payment.

When ordering by CHECK or MONEY ORDER please include your order number, e-mail address and a list of what you ordered with your check or money order. You can actually make a print out using the KING CAT web site order process. All you need to do is NOT process the order and just print out the form as if you were going to order over the web site. It's very easy, need and simple.

Q: Can you send the items I order to someone at a different address as a gift?

A: Yes, all you need to do is type in the name and address of the person you want the merchandise sent to in the message box.

Q: What happens if I write a check to King Cat and I don't have enough money in the bank account when the check is processed?

A: Checks that are returned due to insufficient funds will be forwarded to our collection agency who will remove the funds directly from your account once they are available. A $30 fee will be charged by collection agency (this will also be automatically debited from your checking account).

If any alternate sizes or styles are acceptable please list them in the section marked "message" under your name and address on the checkout page. If no alternate choices in style or size are listed your order will be subject to the backorder policy stated at the top of this page.

Q: Do all items eventually end up in the Close Out Closet?

A: No, the only time items are listed for prices below production is when there are only a very few pieces that remain in stock. For example if we sell out of every size in a particular design and all we have left is youth size small we will place the youth size small of that design in the Close Out Closet because the stores that carry King Cat want clothes in all sizes. Therefore we can not fill any more orders of a certain item so we offer those items at a huge reduced rate of about 80% off the regular list price. Baby T's and Boy Beaters DO NOT EVER go to the Close Out Closet. Those items always sell out so there is no reason to place them in the Close Out Closet.

Q: I'm a King Cat VIP and Myspace friend and King Cats & Kittens Fan Club member, how do I use my discount?

A: If you have any discount codes or discount information please type in the promotional or secret code in the "message" section at the time of check out during shopping and you'll receive a 10% instant cash refund back into your PayPal.com account. If you want to receive your discount when ordering by check or money order please mention your VIP, secret code or Myspace Friend information on the memo line and a check for 10% of your order will be sent to you along with your merchandise.

Q: What do I do if I need an item rushed to me in one or two days?

A: Please contact us via email or telephone at the email or phone numbers listed here in this FAQ section and we will make "RUSH" arrangements.

Q: Does "rush" delivery costs more than regular shipping and handling?

A: Yes, "rush" delivery does cost a little more, but only slightly more.

Q: What should I do if I'm thinking about returning an item?
